These services are intended for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and general wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

Clients can select an available date and time and complete payment to confirm a consultation.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• The consultation provider may reschedule a session in unavoidable circumstances.
• Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

Text Consultation allows clients to purchase question packages in advance. The consultant's response does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree Payments.

Payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the applicable payment gateway.

Prices for consultations, question packages, and digital products may be changed by the Administrator at any time. The price applicable at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.

If a consultation extends beyond the booked duration, additional charges apply. The Admin may generate an additional payment link through the payment gateway, which the client can pay after the consultation.

Purchased E-books, Spell PDFs, and other digital products will be made available after successful payment.

Digital products are for personal use only and must not be:

• Resold
• Redistributed
• Publicly uploaded
• Shared without authorization
• Used for unauthorized commercial purposes

Because digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, refunds may be restricted once download/access has been provided, subject to applicable law and the website's refund policy.

Users must provide accurate information and must not:

• Misuse the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with website security.
• Submit unlawful or abusive content.
• Fraudulently misuse the payment system.
• Copy or redistribute paid content.

The website may use third-party services such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Google Calendar, Google Meet, email services, hosting providers, and cloud storage.

We are not responsible for service interruptions or failures caused by third-party platforms.

All website content, branding, graphics, text, images, software, and original digital products are owned by or licensed to Orshiva unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected and processed.

We do not guarantee any particular result from Reiki, Tarot, Numerology, Text Consultation, or other spiritual services.

Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on information received through our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
